TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Customers agree to ALL terms set by S Douglas Enterprises (Trading as Jimboomba Bedding & Furniture)And by purchasing with us shows you agree to the set term. As of 20th January 2021 Garage drop off $1.50 per km with a minimum of $55 Express Delivery within 7 days $90minimum Take goods inside or upstairs extra $45 (Selected Products Only, Inc. Insurance) Lift beds Delivery and Assembly minimum $150 .

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of anything which may hinder our delivery driver while delivering your product. Long drive ways inaccessible by our truck will attract extra charges this includes low branches and power lines or low access. Please be aware we have a truck height of 4.1 meters and a length of 9 meters. A clear and accessible path must be available for delivery this includes a safe walking area free from branches or gardens which may damage stock or injure our drivers. Customers are responsible to be at home at our set times for delivery and if they are not, we have the right to leave the items in a space we feel fit or take the items away leaving the customers responsible for a further delivery fee. If a customer requires a set delivery time or day they will fall in to the express delivery category. We are happy to call or text 30minuets to 1hr ahead of time to allow you to leave work and be home for your delivery. All of our products are weight rated and it is up to the customer to make sure the product they are purchasing is correct for them. We reserve the right to refuse assembly after Purchase. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the items will be suited to their house and suitable for delivery.

WARRANTIES
All damage or defective claims are required to be made within 24hours of delivery or pick up submitted via email only – jimboombabf@gmail.com (Products or other).Faulty or damaged products must be returned within 4 weeks of initial purchase and an email with photos & invoice/receipt and a detailed description sent to jimboombabf@gmail.com. It is up to the manufacturer’s discretion under consumer law for them to choose to repair, replace or refund the item (This is solely to the manufacturer’s discretion) mattresses can only be returned under the 30-day comfort guarantee with no exceptions. Please keep in mind warranty is applied to the original purchaser only(warranty is not transferable) and only for products used for a reasonable domestic purposes. It excludes products used for a commercial reasons. In-Home Delivery items with manufacturing defects may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If any item is to be swapped over or has a warrantee claim placed, the customer is responsible for returning and collecting the goods when they are ready to do so. If we have to pickup and drop-off any goods being returned or swapped over the customer will be responsible to pay an hourly rate charged at$55per hour plus fuel (this includes trips to pick up any items from suppliers).

LAY-BY’S & STORAGE
 Maximum term 3 months. -15% deposit required on all lay-bys. -We use phone text or mail to contact you about your lay-by.  Cancellation fees (Within 14 days 15% of full purchase price. 14 days to 4 months 20% of full purchase price. Cancellations after 2 months shall also incur storage costs of 8.5% per month from start of lay-by).  Lay-bys can only be cancelled by original customer - It is the customer’s responsibility to update contact details, so we can contact you aboutyour lay-by.  All goods remain the property of Jimboomba Bedding & Furniture until paid in full, including any fees. Release of goods is granted upon fullpayment of goods and any fees. Products will not be brought into stock until 50% of purchase price is paid where available.If lay-by term goes over 3 months, storage costs of 8.5% of the purchase price per month from the start date of the lay-by may be charged. If for any reason you can’t make regular payments, please contact us so we can work out a payment plan with you.  FOR CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE PAID IN FULL AND WISH TO STORE WITH US THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF 12 WEEKS FREE. AFTER 12 WEEKS THERE IS A STORAGE COST OF $25 PER WEEK,

RETURNS/ CANCELATIONS POLICY
Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. It is your responsibility to measure items you have purchased. If these items do not fit in elevators, doorways or corridors and or do not fit in your space you will not be refunded as per ACCC and office of Fair-Trading laws. Additional transport fees will apply if delivery cannot be performed on a scheduled date. If a return is approved by management the product must be returned undamaged and in original condition and packaging complete with instruction manuals and accessories. The amount purchased is not refundable but is reverted to store credit only. If an item has been used, we have a no returns policy. Customers will forfeit 20% of the sale price if they wish to cancel an order under any circumstances any further amount will be refund by store credit only. REFUNDS ARE ONLY OFFERED AT OUR DISCRETION ALL CLEARENCE/ DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WITH A NO REFUND POLOCY. If the item has been ordered in the customer is liable to take the item once it is ready for pick up or delivery. Any returns brought back for any reason will incur a 20% restocking fee as well as loss of the initial delivery fee no exceptions (excluding warranty claims).. 30 Day comfort Guarantee- The guarantee is set in place for customers that are unsure about the comfort level they are looking for. We give you 30 days to trial a mattress and if unhappy you can swap it over. Cost fees apply such as $55 per hour- for truck costs. The customer is not entitled to a refund or store credit and only able to change the mattress 1 (one) time only. There will be NO moneys refunded what so ever even if there is a down grade in pricing. The mattress must have had a water proof mattress Protector used at all times to be able to claim this guarantee and must be returned with the original packaging The mattress returned will also need a $90 steam clean done by Steam Mclean (the customers responsibility to pay this fee) the mattress must STRICTLY have no damage WHAT SO EVER (. Photo evidence will be required prior to swap over) CLAIMS MUST BE MADE IN RIGHTING WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE OF THE MATTRESS TO EXPRESS THE DISCOMFORT. THERE WILL BE NO EXEPTIONS FOR EXTENUATING CURCOMSTANCES. Claims can be sent to Jimboombabf@gmail.com

OUT OF STOCK ORDERS- I, _____________________ (print name) Understand by signing this document that I agree to all Jimboomba Bedding and Furniture terms and conditions regarding restocking fees, cancelation and delivery. Jimboomba bedding & Furniture has given me an ETA (estimated time of arrival) date of dd/mm/yy ___/___/___ I understand that this is the estimated time for the container to reach the port and it is possible to have delays due to a number of outlined reasons below. The container will take time to be transported from the country of origin and things like weather, time delays, and travel can cause delays. The container will take time to be transported from the port clear customs and then be delivered to the Jimboomba Bedding & Furniture suppliers and unloaded. I understand that if I have purchased a type of delivery option my time frame will then be set from when the items are in physical stock and booked to that time window (e.g. Standard delivery, Jimboomba Bedding & Furniture has up to 14 days from the time of arrival to supply the goods as per there terms set for the delivery) the item is not guaranteed to be at port on the given date and delays are common in the nature of long distance transport manufacturing/ importing from oversees.

I understand that my Item/s is/are out of stock and the item/s is/are not in physical stock it has been purchased in my name to reserve the stock for me. If there is a cancelation on my side for whatever reason I will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee off the total purchase price. This is a direct cost passed on by the manufacturer/supplier and is unavoidable in every instance. I also understand that if the item is delayed this does not entitle me to any compensation or change the delivery timeframe I have purchased for delivery purposes. If I have had other items ordered and delivered/not yet delivered this doesn’t entitle me to a refund or any type of compensation and if cancelled the same fees will apply. Signing this document means you have read and agreed to Jimboomba Bedding & Furniture’s terms and conditions. By purchasing with Jimboomba Bedding & Furniture you have agreed to the above terms and condition. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without notice.
